The 2015 annual workshop on Statistical Methods for Post Genomic Data (SMPGD) will take place at Ludwig-Maximilians University (LMU) in Munich, on February 12-13, 2015. Its aim is to present works from mathematical to applied Statistics, but also new areas in high throughput Biology that could need new statistical developments.
The key dates are:
Abstract submission deadline: 5 December 2015
Notification of acceptance: 19 December 2014
Registration deadline: 15 January 2015
This workshop will feature 4 keynote speakers:

Guillaume Filion (Centre of Genomic Regulation, Barcelona)
Torsten Hothorn (Universität Zürich)
Sylvain Arlot (École Normale Supérieure, Paris)
We will also have the following invited sessions on:

Systems genetics session – Chairman: Julien Gagneur (Ludwig-Maximilians Universität, Munich)
Epigenomics session
Registration is free of charge and includes coffee breaks and drinks during the poster session. We welcome submission of abstracts for contributed talks (15 min. including questions) and posters. These may, but need not to, relate to the invited session topics.
