This week-long course is aimed primarily at quantitative public health scientists but would also be suitable for applied statisticians who have at most a basic knowledge of spatial and temporal statistical methods. It will cover model-based geostatistics, time series, survival analysis and infectious disease modelling, all without assuming any prior knowledge of these areas.
