Hi,
It is hard to be sure what the problem is without knowing exactly what you are running (e.g. fslview, and whether started from a terminal or the desktop). However, I notice that you have directory names that contain spaces (i.e. /Users/Manuel/desktop/biodonostia/ANÁLISIS DE RMN/FSL/Material practicas/fsl_course_data/intro) and this is a big, big problem when using unix/linux tools such as FSL. I would strongly recommend that you rename all directories such as "ANÁLISIS DE RMN" and "Material practicas" so that they contain no spaces.
All the best,
Mark
