You can probably do it in imcalc, using something like "max(i1, i2, i3)" as the formula. That might not work exactly but should put you on the right track.

Subject: [SPM] How to analyze beta images?
Dear SPM Users
Hi
I need help on analyzing beta images.
I have three beta images (i.e named as "H","F" and "T").
So for one voxel, there are three Beta values. If i.e the "H" beta value has the highest beta value than the other two beta images on this voxel , then this voxel will be assigned as the "H" voxel.
Do you have any suggestions on how could I perform this?
Thank you in advance,
Mahsa
