Hi Yuko,
I've had this issue before too. For me, I noticed that this error only comes up if rfxplot has trouble finding the SPM.mat file you directed it to. I know it was having trouble because right when rfxplot seemed to ask for the paradoxical/impossible [1,0] X-Tick vector, in the main MATLAB command window there was an error saying it couldn't find the SPM.mat file that I had opened using the Results button prior to starting rfxplot.
The main reason why my rfxplot has had trouble finding SPM.mat files in the past is if there are any weird or special characters in the file path to the SPM.mat file. Get rid of any parentheses, commas, etc. (just letters, numbers and underscores for anything MATLAB-related, is a good rule of thumb), re-add the newly named data directory to your MATLAB path, make sure the NaN-Suite and rfxplot folders are also on the MATLAB path, and try again!
Good luck,
James
