Hi SPM Experts,
I am preprocessing the Longitudinal data(collected at 2 time points) using the manual (http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/vbm8/VBM8-Manual.pdf) to find out the grey matter changes after the post medication within a group. The scans were collected using 3T scanner.
In the page 18 it is mentioned that we have to apply "Change Settings for Preprocessing".
1)The first change will be we have to choose either DARTEL Normalistion or SPM default Normalisation. 2) We have to give the path of TPM.nii maps.
As far as I understood from SPM manual its better idea to use "DARTEL Normalisation" when good scans are available(3T) and even in the page 17 in the manual I mentioned above it's shown in the preproceesing flow diagram that we should use DARTEL NORMALISATION. And if we dont use SPM default normalisation, I think we dont need to add the path of TPM.nii's.
So my understanding here is that I dont need to change the settings in "cg_vbm8_defaults.m"before i do "PREPROCESSING OF LONGITUDINAL DATA". So I want to know whether my understanding is correct or wrong.
Thanks for your help
