Dear FSL users,
In the FNIRT user guide, the one-to-one condition is adressed : "... there can only be one point in the original space mapping into any given point in the transformed space" and we can read about an example where "...there are more than ten voxels (in the whole volume) where the one-to-one condition has been violated...".
What is the way to check for the violation (or not) of this condition as routine for every warp field generated ?
