Hello all,
I've been going over the course lectures and tutorials to familiarize myself with FSL. The first-level analysis on the language experiment data (FEAT 1 Practical, fmri_fluency) stalls during the poststats stage with a fatal error. Registration and stats seem to proceed as normal. The FEAT report log shows the following message:
---------------
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fsl_sub -T 5 -l logs -N feat4_post -j 3262 /usr/local/fsl/bin/feat /data/touch/data1/fsl_course_data/fmri/fmri_fluency/fmri.feat/design.fsf -D /data/touch/data1/fsl_course_data/fmri/fmri_fluency/fmri.feat -poststats 0 0

I tried rerunning the same analysis, following the practical with the settings listed to a T with the same result. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? If it helps, I've attached the full FEAT report log. Thanks in advance for your help.
