You can try the --coord_files flag and give it the wildcard for the
coordinate files (works for me):
mpirun -np 4 `which relion_preprocess_mpi` --o 210614 --coord_files
"micrographs/210614/*.lst" --extract --coord_format ximdisp
--extract_size 320 --norm --bg_radius 120 --white_dust -1 --black_dust
-1 --invert_contrast
