Interesting discussion on phone last night.
Individual gets referred by managers manager, citing work related stress, duly seen by oha and man cites problem to be working relationship with manager. All normal recommendations made.
The man's manager then asks for meeting with oh to "clarify process". During that meeting he talks about the individual and his behaviour at work but also gets fairly stroppy and aggressive with oha to the point that it needs documenting but formal complaint has been decided against.
So what gets documented in whose notes?
