I am writing a health and wellbeing policy for my employer , HR are asking me if there is requirement to have separate stress policy
my thoughts were to acknowledge stress and incorporate it within the general health and wellbeing policy but not to have a separate stress policy ,
does anyone have any thoughts on whether this is enough or acceptable
