Do you have a personal certificate? I think you should.
Would  be better through GGUS, there are dedicated teamsof experts that 
can follow you, we don't spam everyone, interested people can follow the 
issue there.

What is the  yaim command line used to configure?

EMI3 Update 17 had some issues:
