Hi Shyamal,
did you try the option :
--ctffind3_exe
from relion_preprocess or relion_run_ctffind ?
You can pass to this option the full path to your ctffind3 executable
(where you installed ctffind3). Or use RLN_CTFFIND3_EXECUTABLE
environment variable. This should fix it.
