Hello FSL Experts,
I was wondering if someone could help clarify the differences between the
varcope images in FEAT lower-level analysis and what these images
represent in Higher-level analysis?
Please let me know if the following is correct or not even close:
Lower-level varcope images represent the variance of each voxels'
different intensity values over the timeseries, relative to the PE fit of
the particular EV (i.e. lvl1 varcope = temporal amplitude variance).
Higher-Level varcope images represent the variance of the different
inputed 3D intensity values for each voxel (i.e. lvl2 varcope = amplitude
variance of the multiple data sets).
Thank you for the help on this!
All the best,
Jacob
