Hi Fslers,
I used "tbss_fill" for the convenience of display of FA values before. I wonder what the minimum number of voxels to fatten FA regions? What if there is just one voxel alone? Can it be still expanded?
Using AFNI tool, I am looking into t values without tbss_fill and cut out the voxels that are smaller than a particular t-value. However, the result looks different. I cannot see any non-zero voxel in a particular brain area on AFNI, but when I look into it on fslview, I can see a big spot (processed through tbss_fill) in the exact same area. This is why I wonder whether or not one non-zero voxel could be expanded using tbss_fill. Or is there any specific minimum number of voxels to create fattened results?
Your help in this would be really appreciated in advance! Thanks.
