Hello, fslers.
Issue: grot_to_all_FA image doesn't have anything but all the data is zero.
I am using fsl5.0 and dealing with uncorrected t-statistics of FA. I was trying to de-project tstat voxels of FA onto the space of each nonlinearly registered subject in all_FA as the fsl website guides, in order to confirm that a given t-stat point was derived from the correct tract-center points in all subjects.
This is the commands that I am following:
-----------------------------------------------------
fslmaths tbss_FA_tstat1 -thr [t-value: e.g., 3.372] grot
tbss_deproject grot 1
fslview all_FA grot_to_all_FA -l Red-Yellow
------------------------------------------------------
The thing is that there is no data at all in the image of 'grot_to_all_FA': all the intensity is just zero. The weird thing is that the grot file itself has some spots whose intensities are larger than zero, but after deprojection, the output file has nothing but zeros. I assume that there happens to be an error during deprojecting them onto the space of nonlinearly registered FA images.
The guildeline of FSL website uses p-value (actually, 1-p) to threshold the file named "tbss_maaxc_tstat1". I think the file, "tbss_maaxc_tstat1", is the tstat for the fully corrected comparisons. However, I am using uncorrected comparisons, and want to do deprojection with uncorrected t statistics result. Am I supposed to use deprojection functions only with the results for corrected comparisons? (I assume that this doesn't make sense).
Have anyone experienced with this issue before? and could I get some advice to resolve this problem? Your help in this would be greatly appreciated in advance.
