Dear Dandil,
The first plot shows the (free energy approximation of) the log evidence of each model relative to the worst model (which will be shown as zero). The individual free energies for each model can also be found in DCM.F.
Best,
Peter.

Subject: [SPM] model comparison (BMS)
Hi dear all,
I have a problem with models comparison using Spm.
After comparing the models Spm gives us 2 graphic windows, including:
log evidence (relative) and model posterior probability. I am confused with the first one. What is the meaning of "relative"?
what is the relation between these measures and the BMS.DCM.F ?
Bests,
Dnd
