in SPM12, the functionalities behind the 'plot' button are finally
directly accessible via scripting so, in case this is something of
interest to you, you could easily estimate the trial-specific PSTH at a
given voxel for many subjects by adding a loop around this:
xG.def = 'Event-related responses';
xG.spec.Sess = 1;
xG.spec.u = 1;
xG.spec.Rplot = 'fitted response and PSTH';
[Y,y,beta,Bcov,G] = spm_graph(SPM,[47 29 22]',xG);
G.PSTH
