I hope you're all well. Thanks to all the people who have kindly taken my MSc Sport & Exercise Psychology dissertation survey, looking at the relationship between people's exercise behaviour and how they feel about themselves.
I would be hugely grateful if anyone else is please able to participate- it involves taking two 10 minute surveys four weeks apart (you'll be sent an email reminder to take the second). There's also a £40 Amazon voucher prize draw, though obviously you'd be taking part to help further our understanding in health and exercise psychology (!).
There is an inclusion criteria as I'm specifically looking at people who intend to exercise regularly but don't always manage to stick to this (most people that is!). It's for people who:
-Intend to exercise 3 or more times a week in your free time (for half an hour at a moderate or vigorous intensity)
AND:
-Do not belong to a competitive sports team or regularly engage in club-level competitive sport.
AND
-Have not been regularly exercising for 3 or more times a week in your free time over at least one of the past two months.
