Miguel Mera (City University London) is a composer of film music, and a writer on film.
The training day will examine the preparation process for filming a classical music performance and making a music documentary: marking up a score, planning an interview, choosing camera angles, directing a team, producing work for live transmission, and off-line editing.
An essential day for any musicologist, performer or composer interested in researching films of music.
