In case it is not widely known, you might like to know that Brepols have made available search widgets for some of their bibliographical databases. The widget is essentially a link to the database search engine. It can be easily embedded into any website or LibGuide, is small and customizable to a degree. It works on ipads and iphones. It brings the tools for literature searching into the library's online environment and should encourage more usage (from a librarian's point of view) and easier access to quality information (from a reader's point of view). To look at the results, of course, the user will need to be an authenticated of course.

I haven't tested other devices or OS but if anybody has any feedback on this, do get in touch.
