You need to either ‘cd’ into the fix installation folder and run ./fix or, add this folder to your PATH variable:
PATH=$PATH:<fixfolder>
export PATH
where <fixfolder> is the full path to the location you uncompressed fix into.
You should add those two lines to your .bash_profile to have them take effect whenever you log into the computer.
