The solution I have used in 5.0.4 when I have scans with different volumes
was to preprocess the data in FEAT, using the Pre-stats option. The output
will be a reg_standard folder with a filtered_func_data file, as with
MELODIC pre-processing. Then use the command line to run MELODIC,
including the paths for these scans in my input file.
