Hi,
It is a bit unusual not to know what groups your subjects belong to, but there is no problem just doing the preprocessing and including all the subjects in the template. The template_list list just needs to be a plain text file (so do not use Word or any other editor that does rich text - anything that includes font type, size, bold, etc is not plain text). The contents of the file simply needs to have one filename on each line specifying the structural image.
