Dear Michael,
ich checked the subcortical segmentation map on one mac and 3 Linux systems. With fslview 3.2.0 (Suse Enterprise, Cent OS installer) and 3.1.8 (Mac) the map looks correct, with fslview 4.0.1 from the neurodebian repository (one Debian and one Ubuntu 12.0.5 System) I just get red and black colored maps. Do you have an idea for this strange behavior or an idea for a workaround?
Greetings, Marcus

I am faced with the problem, that the display of my subcortical segmentation I made with first is just displayed in black and red, although I selected the correct lookup table. Checking the segmented file at another system displayed a correct color mapping. Any ideas ?
