Just to make sure that I understand you correctly, I first ran a FEAT design with COPE images as the input:
s1cope1
s1cope3
s1cope5
s2cope1
...
s22cope5
Where cope1 refers to A1 - A2,
cope3 refers to B1 - B2, and
cope5 refers to A1 - A2 - B1 + B2.
My design matrix in FEAT had the following EVs:
level1 level2 sub1 sub2 ... sub22
Which was filled out like this:
1 0 1 0 0 ... 0
0 1 1 0 0 ... 0
0 0 1 0 0 ... 0
1 0 0 1 0 ... 0
...
1 0 0 0 0 ... 1
0 1 0 0 0 ... 1
0 0 0 0 0 ... 1
My contrasts:
A: [1 0 0 0 ... 0]
B: [0 1 0 0 ... 0]
My f-tests:
f1: [1 0] Main effect of A
f2: [0 1] Main effect of B
f3: [1 1] AxB interaction
Not sure if that's how to specify the interaction f-test. After this finishes running, I will run the identical design (albeit with the design.grp modified accordingly) through randomise for the TFCE output.
