Hemocue do a WCC meter. No EQA though, and not sure about IQC either.

Subject: WCC
I wonder if anybody can help me? We have a clinic at a site over an hour away from our hospital which wishes to purchase some equipment to run WCC on patients attending for chemotherapy.
Does anybody use such a piece of kit in similar circumstances?
Is there anything POCT based rather than an analyser more suited for a laboratory environment? (I'm not a haematologist!)
Many thanks,
Theresa
