Hi, Sharon,
In reply to your query - I've found out today that you can't access
the Ex Libris documentation centre (although you can get to the
support centre / SalesForce OK) using IE10. It was recommended that I
use Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
I don't know if that applies to your networked PCs, but useful to know!
