Dear SPM experts,
I tried to use the batch editor in SPM12b for source reconstruction.
My first question is: Which inversion type uses the standard setting,
GS or MSP?
I wanted to use prior information for source reconstruction and used a
10x3 matrix. But the source inversion failed with the following error
message:
Undefined function or variable 'pQ'.
In file
"C:\Users\Rosjat\Documents\MATLAB\spm\spm12b\config\spm_cfg_eeg_inv_invert.m"
(v5568), function "run_inversion" at line 196.
Should I use the "restrict solutions" option instead of "source priors"?
With the standard setting and the inversion results module it is
possible to see the MIP of the inversion. How could I extract the
coordinates of the blobs that appear in the plot to use them as
sources for a DCM analysis?
Best,
Nils
