Here's an app developed in the GUI package RGtk2 in R with my
co-developer, Dean Lim.....It basically calls other existing R GUI-based
packages to provide a ton of comprehensive functionality in data
analysis, graphics of data, statistics, linear and non-linear modeling,
and data mining. We created the mediation / moderation function, but the
others were already there. Its all open-source.
There is no cost, or registration, for that matter, to download it and
use it from:

You can try it out, or not. If you have trouble installing the first
time, be persistent. It likely will not run on a Mac. There is no cost,
or even registration, for that matter, to download it and use it from :

ALLSTAT is an R-based GUI toolbar developed in RGtk2. The ALLSTAT GUI
toolbar supports 4 major functional statistical and data mining domains:
(1) mediation/moderation analyses of the 77 templates promulgated with
A.F. Hayes' PROCESS approach (see http://www.afhayes.com); (2) a
comprehensive suite of missing data, and multiple imputation,
visualization plots and graphs accompanied by, and corrected by multiple
imputation using an iterative robust model-based imputation (IRMI)
algorithm using VIMGUI (Alexander Kowarik); (3) most anything possible
statistically with inference, linear and non-linear modeling using John
Fox's R Commander package and the dozens of Plugin packages that are
available for R Commander which greatly extend the Rcmdr functionality;
and (4) a complete suite of data mining tools using Graham William's
very popular Data Miner [rattle] package.
