I'm proud to announce a new project, Atlas Place, a home for
conversations with artists, poets, composers, educators, and other
creative citizens about the places where we live and how these places
influence our work.
The first installment is a talk with Canadian artist Marlene Creates:

This project grew out of my May residency as guest editor of Truck, a
poetry blog. Marlene responded to the call for works I sent to the
Walking Artists Network, and I soon realized that our discussion
warranted a more permanent venue. Not all of the featured artists going
forward will be walking artists necessarily, but all of them will be
involved in nuanced investigations of the places in which they live and
work.
Best,
Glenn
