Contemporary Nature of Art

The automatism of contemporary life has made the so called post modern speed restrain perceptions towards poetics and aesthetics in course. Duchamp used to state that one can not realize the system from within. Society, as well as Art, is completely broody over the day-to-day that there are no more contemplative moments to the inherently natural. Contemporary society duns appreciation, requires phenomenological observation even, just to wide and reassure the current aesthetics. Reactions to arts on the streets, to recycling, to nature... these are elements that compose contemporary art, even though it is still heard terms as art and non-art.

Upon these thoughts CIANTEC'14 proposes a meaningful encounter to discuss the Contemporary Nature of Art. The art of living in society, the art of teaching, the art of communicating and the art of producing art.
We welcome academics and professionals that want to share ideas and researches.
