I just wanted to let you know that there is a joint Birthrights/Open University seminar coming up on the 28th May 2014 1-3pm at the Open University's Camden Centre.
The speakers will be Clare Jackson (Lecturer in Sociology, University of York); Helen Baston (Consultant Midwife: Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust); Alison Brodrick (Consultant Midwife Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) and the talk is called 'Studying Interactional Practices in Childbirth' in which the speakers will discuss their innovative research approaches to study at how decision-making takes place in labour wards.
