Hi all,
I am trying to do a conjunction analysis. I have used randomise to generate my activations. Easythresh_conj requires that I input my Z statistic images:
easythresh_conj [-s SmoothEst] <raw_zstat1> <raw_zstat2> <brain_mask> <cluster_z_thresh> <cluster_prob_thresh> <background_image> <output_root> [--mm]
Randomise only outputs T statistics.. Can I use the T statistics instead of the z stats? And if so what threshold do you recommend using?
I was thinking of using the _tfce_corrp_tstat images like so:
easythresh_conj PairedT_1_tfce_corrp_tstat.nii.gz PairedT_2_tfce_corrp_tstat.nii.gz mask.nii.gz 0.95 0.01 MNI_brain.nii.gz output_folder [--mm]
The problem is that I am seeing is that if I use the uncorrected T map then I do not know what T threshold to use but if I use the tfce_corrp, I know to use 0.95 was the threshold but then the cluster probability threshold doesn't really make sense because the input is already cluster corrected
I appreciate any help on this
Regards,
Claude
