Hi,
Without seeing the exact error messages I have to guess what is the problem, but I would try the 1mm MNI image and --useReconMNI.
All the best,
Mark

In fact, I gave it a trie and got an error message regarding the difference in orientation of the images. So what would be the best way to deal with this issue?
