Hello Dana,
You can always set the min and max for multiple images within the
command-line and than save that command.
The -b flag <min>,<max> will do the trick. Also, you can set the map color
with -l <Color>
For example:
fslview tstat1.nii.gz -l Red-Yellow -b 2.5,5 tstat2.nii.gz -l Blue -b 2.5,5
