Dear colleagues. I have been following this thread today with interest. As a disability specialist working in WP, I can confirm the money for outreach is not ring-fenced and our entire budget has been cut three years in a row. Thanks to the guidelines from OFFA, there is an emphasis on disability and diversity in the 2014-15 Access Agreement. Not sure how this is going to work with the 'proposed' cuts to Bands one and Two of the NMH.
As some of you know, I am a bit obsessed with notetaking provision and the implications of the new DSA proposals are very worrying for myself and a number of my qualified colleagues
