Hi Michelle,
I cover seven community hospitals all with small A/E departments. We currently use I-stat's for U/E, blood gas, lactate.and Trop I, some of them also use the I-STAT for INR testing. We also use the Roche h232 for D-dimer and and a couple of places they measure Tropt T using this device. In one of the larger hospitals they use the Sysmex Pochi-100 for FBC. A couple of units use the Roche Coaguchek for INR testing. We also have a unit that purchased a Hemocue White Cell diff device, I dont recommend this has it has no IQC or EQA Schemes. We currently dont have the ability to measure crp's.
Regards
Peter
