Hi,
I just have a general question about designing a paired t-test (e.g. 10 subjects, under 2 different conditions) using the GLM GUI.
This link: http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FEAT/UserGuide#Paired_Two-Group_Difference_.28Two-Sample_Paired_T-Test.29 shows the setup with the "Group" column (i.e. the design.grp file) having number "1" for each input. Using this method gave me successful results.
However, this link: http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Randomise/UserGuide/GLM_pairedT_example implies that the "Group" column should contain "1, 2, 3... 10, 1, 2, 3, ... 10". When I tried this approach, GLM gave me an error message.
Is the first approach the correct one?
Thanks
