Prior to running a between group tbss_sym script (n=10 experts, vs n=10 controls) , I elected to test another group of 10 controls for FA asymmetry using a design that included gender (demeaned) and age (demeaned) as covariates. Here are the glm_gui specifics
Group EV1 EV2 EV3
Controls Age Gender
1 1 17.2 -.4
1 1 .2 -.4
1 1 .2 -.4
1 1 -1.8 -.4
1 1 -.8 -.4
1 1 -3.8 -.4
1 1 -2.8 .6
1 1 -3.8 .6
1 1 -3.8 .6
1 1 -.8 .6
C1 1 0 0
C1 0 1 0
C3 0 0 1
I used this randomize call: randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised_left_minus_right.nii.gz -o tbss_LgR –m mean_FA_symmetrised_skeleton_mask.nii.gz -d design.mat -t design.con -1 --T2
As it was a single sample the -1 option was included for sign flipping as well as the design.mat and design.con files, the latter derived from the glm_gui specifics above.
Shouldn’t this just result in 3 tfce_corrp_tstat images (1-3), 3 tfce_p_tstat images, and 3 tfce_ tstat1 images?
