Dear Xinfa
You should treat your results as any other results with RANDOMISE, so you can get the cluster information.
Look at the user guide for randomise (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Randomise/UserGuide), at the bottom you will see examples of how to get Cluster and Peak information. Then you can either use FSLVIEW with a white matter atlas to localise the anatomical region or use atlasquery (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Atlasquery).
Just make sure you use the results that have corrected p-values.
