Hi,
Almost, the lowest frequency corresponds to a single oscillation in 450s, i.e. 1/450 = 0.00222 Hz, the final volume no 150 corresponds to the power at the Nyquist limit, i.e 150 oscillations in 450s, i.e. 150/450 = 0.333Hz.
For plotting you can use fsl_tsplot
