I agree with Carr, it’s a complex area and something I have difficulty
keeping up with - CAB can look at the whole picture of his finances and
personal circumstance e.g., tax credits, etc.
However, the website for benefits is
https://www.gov.uk/browse/benefits/entitlement. There is a benefits
calculator on there.

Hi
Benefits is such a specialised and complex area they really need to go to
people who deal with it day to day e.g. citizens advice service and then MAS
for help with dealing with any creditors etc.

Hello All
Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations / advise regards potential
financial entitilments for people who have suffered a bleed on the brain, 2
within a 12-24 months. Hence recovery likely to be longer than expected,
was a HGV driver and highly unlikely they will return to this role.
Possible redeployment within the buisness to a more suited role but they
would like to know of any potential benifits they may get. If enough may
consider leaving work although is aiming to RTW. Fully supported via
buisness. Based in Scotland so not sure if benifits differ to England, they
have advised me what was ATOS in Scotland is in a bit of a pickle.
Many thanks
