Has anyone had an alternative login solution from EBSCO for off-site access yet?
Thanks

Many thanks for the update Alex.
If anyone's interested, Ebsco have responded to my support call and say that engineers are currently working on resolving the authentication issues. I've also somewhat bizarrely had an e-mail from Eduserv (we have a sub to OpenAthens) to tell me that our Ebsco URLs have changed. I think I'll not worry about that just at the moment!
Best wishes,
Sarah

Hi all,
It's Alex, speaking on behalf of the UK federation support team. We've noted the range of organizations that have reported issues with access on this list, and have directly received the email from Sheila at Robert Gordon University.
There has not been a change to EBSCO's registered details for the EBSCO Publishing, Inc. Service Provider (entityID
http://shibboleth.ebscohost.com) in the UK federation for over a year.
However, EBSCO appears to have been maintaining their system over the weekend. See
http://support.epnet.com/support_news/detail.php?id=838&t=r&page=1
We think that the underlying issue is in EBSCO's authorisation system, and we recommend that you contact their support team via http://support.ebscohost.com/contact/askus.php or at [log in to unmask] in the first instance.
Regards,
Alex
