Dear FSL experts:
Just want to make double sure I'm interpreting my vertex results correctly:
2 groups, A and B. For the contrast [-1 +1] (i.e. B>A), at a (1-p) > .95 (TFCE corrected), I found significant regions in the tail of the left hippocampus, when viewing the corrected image in FSLview. I loaded the vertex analysis output into the timeseries view, and checked the intensities at some of the significant regions: the intensities are generally larger (i.e. > 0) in group B, compared to group A.
Am I correct in saying that these areas are significantly smaller in group A, possibly reflecting atrophy?
Many thanks,
Kris
