Hi,
The Z-max is the maximum Z-statistic value within a cluster.
It is not the most "frequently reported" value - it is the maximum value.
The Z-MAX X, Z-MAX Y and Z-MAX Z values are coordinates of the voxel where the maximum Z-statistic was found.
The Z-cog is the centre of gravity of the cluster, as determined by using the Z-statistic values as weights.
The COPE-MAX is similar to the Z-MAX but is the maximum COPE value within the cluster (where COPE is the contrast of parameter estimates).
If any of that is unclear then I suggest you look at the FSL wiki and the FSL Course practicals.
All the best,
Mark
