Dear experts,
I just wanted to refresh my question. Thanks so much

Dear DTI experts,
We have a longitudinal design with the same DTI protocol both in baseline and follow-up. However, for some subjects we have a voxel size of 1x1x2.4 at baseline, while for the majority it is 2x2x2.4. The rest of parameters are the same.
Now we are collecting follow-up data. For us it is too much practical to collect the images with a voxel size of 2x2x2.4 for all the subjects, even for those that got 1x1x2.4 at baseline. We know that FSL resamples the data and make voxel sizes comparable. But my question is:
Should we still try to keep a follow-up voxel size of 1x1x2.4 in those who had such voxel size at baseline? Or is this FSL resampling method good enough to make both voxel sizes comparable both at the individual and group levels (thus it's save to just apply 2x2x2.4 in all the subjects)?
Thanks so much in advance for your help
