Dear all,
I am further investigating the possibilities of using DAWN's Python
scripting for analysis. This analysis involves fitting, so I'd like to see
whether py4j can help to close the gap that SciSoft fitting is only
possible with Jython. Also peak finding could be relevant.
Can someone help me with that 'adventure'?
First I would need to know what are the Java classes involved in the
fitting tools, e.g. peak fitting and function fitting?
Then I will see whether I manage to access these using
py4jutils.get_gateway() from uk.ac.diamond.scisoft.python scisoftpy.python
Thanks for help!
