Quantitative Research Associate - Primary Care Factors Study

This post offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced quantitative researcher with expertise in statistical methods to join a multidisciplinary research group in the School of Social and Community Medicine at the University of Bristol.
The main purpose of this job is to conduct a quantitative study using routine data including secondary and primary care health services data and survey data, with the goal of identifying characteristics of general practices associated with patterns of utilisation of unscheduled secondary care, and development of a statistical model that explains how these factors impact on unscheduled care use.
This appointment will be on Grade J of the University’s grade structure, depending on experience. The post is open to researchers with a strong background in quantitative research studies and medical statistics and an interest in health services research.
