Dear SPMers and experts,
I applied spm realignment to some mice data, but one or two end slices were partially lost. May I ask if there is any solution to this kind of problems? The movement estimation itself is very small compared to the voxel size.
If I increase slice numbers during acquisition, i.e. including a bit non-brain tissue signals in the end slices. Then after realignment, even if the two ends were lost, slices cover the whole brain may be reserved. But I'm not sure if this method would cause any problems in some other analysis steps.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated! And thank you very much for your time!
Kind regards,
Lily
